We grew up as best friends, the kind of friends who spent every free minute outside. Whether it was football in the backyard, basketball in the driveway, or nerf wars in the street, we were always competing, creating, and pushing each other to get better.
Those days weren’t about perfect equipment or fancy gyms — they were about passion, creativity, and showing up with what we had.

As we got older, life got faster. School, work, and responsibilities started speeding up the clock. But one thing stayed the same: our love for training, movement, and the feeling of becoming a stronger version of ourselves.

That’s where Tempus began.

“Tempus” comes from Latin — meaning time, opportunity, and the moments we choose to seize.
It represents everything we believe in:
